Sakura Care Giver and Health Care School (Sakura Care School), is a care school licensed by TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) of the Philippines in October 2018.(TESDA License: 20181302HHCCGV207277) I am stationed at this nursing school as a consultant to provide advance education and guidance to the growing number of "nursing care" trainees and "nursing care workers" with specific skills in the Philippines. In the future, we hope to have a group in the Philippines by FY2025. It is said that the number of elderly baby boomers (75 years old and above) will increase the most in 2025. According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, there will be a shortage of more than 500,000 caregivers in Japan by 2025. We hope that many Filipino caregivers will go to Japan and provide heartfelt services to the elderly with the world's No.1 hospitality. I sincerely hope that many elderly people in Japan will be pleased with our services.

1. One staff member who has passed the Japanese "Care Worker" exam is stationed at the school to provide detailed guidance and education on Japanese style care.
2. Japanese beds, wheelchairs, and nursing supplies and equipment from Japan are used to teach the students.
